Location : Haven – Bar, Lounge & Restaurant (Curaçao)

Reports To : Sous Chef / Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

Position Summary

Haven is seeking a passionate, disciplined, and highly organized kitchen staff to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced upscale dining environment and takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, teamwork, and execution.
As kitchen staff at Haven, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food quality and maintaining the high standards that define the Haven experience.

Haven is an upscale restaurant, lounge, and social destination inspired by the culture of Curaçao and the beauty of the island’s coastal atmosphere. Every plate leaving the kitchen must reflect excellence, precision, and attention to detail.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as kitchen staff in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • Experience in upscale dining or high-volume kitchens is an asset
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies when needed
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous improvement
